This site was purchased by a UK-based developer who saw an opportunity in Juan les Pins, France, to create a development of new luxury apartments to an exacting specification. To do this, he needed expertise within the super-prime residential world and sought assistance from a Development Manager.

The site was acquired at a stage when the shell of the 88 apartments had been built and the local construction team was engaged.

We assisted our client and worked alongside the UK-based interior designer to develop the design, pushing the specification to a higher international standard which better reflected our client’s vision. The luxury apartments, along with the multi-level spa complex, car park, tennis courts and landscaped gardens were fully redesigned to optimise the development opportunity.

Working with the French construction team, we helped to translate this new vision into reality. As Development Manager, it was paramount to monitor the costs and programme and new reporting structures were put into place. Throughout the construction, regular site visits were used to monitor performance and assess quality. The finished result was helped to the finishing line with the completion of the show units which set a new level of quality for Juan les Pins.
